Build Your Catalog

Add products one at a time, OR import your existing catalog from CSV. The importer auto-detects column names like "Product Name," "SKU," "Wholesale Cost," "Reorder Point" - works with exports from Square, Shopify, QuickBooks, or any spreadsheet.

Drop Products into Quotes

On any lead, scroll to the new Quote Items panel. Click + Add Product, search by name or SKU, click to add. Edit quantity, override the price, apply a discount - all inline. The contact's quote amount updates automatically.

Close the Deal

Mark the lead as Closed Won. All line items flip to "sold," the contact's revenue field updates, and inventory decrements for tracked products. Low stock alerts fire if anything crosses its reorder threshold. Done.

Use the custom report builder to slice your sales data: revenue by product, top vendors, margin by category, recent sales by product, low stock by location, recurring vs one-time mix. All without writing a single SQL query.
