We're hiring a driven, independent sales professional to introduce CrawlSpace CRM to small and mid-market businesses who have either duct-taped their operations together with spreadsheets and sticky notes - or are paying $100 to $350 per seat per month for HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive plus separate subscriptions for Calendly, Loom, JustCall, Mailchimp, DocuSign, Square invoicing, etc.
CrawlSpace CRM bundles all of that into one product for a flat $49.95 a month - contracts with e-signature, quotes with public accept links, invoicing with Square / Stripe, a built-in power dialer with recording and transcripts, video messaging with engagement tracking, calendar booking, meeting recording sync from Meet and Teams, drip sequences, lead scraping, B2B account management, and 27+ pre-built reports. The pitch writes itself: replace your tech stack, get more functionality, save thousands per year.
This is a commission-based, 1099 role with uncapped earnings. Set your schedule, work from anywhere remotely, or the Athens GA headquarters, choose your prospecting style - given leads or self-sourced - and earn a higher rate when you bring in your own pipeline. If you're self-motivated and persuasive, this is your lane.
Compensation
100% commission, 1099, paid from the first paid invoice of every closed deal. No residuals, no recurring overrides - one straightforward payout per close. Rates depend on lead source and contract length:

Commissions scale per seat, so a 10-seat self-sourced annual close pays $1,618.40 on the first invoice. Annual closes pay roughly 3x what a monthly close pays on the same lead source, so most reps work the annual upsell once a prospect is sold on the product.

- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting (the higher-paying tier)
- Able to clearly communicate value to small and mid-market business owners
- Comfortable selling both monthly and annual contracts (annual = larger commission per close)
- Self-motivated and independent - no hand-holding needed
- Laptop / computer and a reliable internet connection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
