They show you a contact list and a hamburger menu. You can't actually call from them, can't text, can't run a sequence, can't add a task. When a customer calls your Twilio number, the app rings with the caller's information (matched to your contacts). Accept to answer in the app, decline to send to voicemail. If you answer on the desktop CRM instead, the app stops ringing automatically — no double-rings.
Send and receive texts from the Communications tab. Conversations display as a chat interface. SMS uses the same 10DLC-verified Twilio number as desktop. Replies arrive in real time. Works while you're on a call (background sync).

Search "CrawlSpace CRM" in the Play Store. Install. Sign in with your CrawlSpace email + password. Approval-based updates from Google means you get tested releases on a steady cadence.
